McDonald Collision is looking for a new member for our CSR / Estimator Assistant team. Our ideal candidate has collision administrative experience, with a strong customer service background. Role Assisting with answering customer phone calls Customer service with walk in customers Scheduling Vehicle check in/delivery walk around with customers Monitoring of office emails Monitoring of insurance supplement submissions Qualifications Good customer communication and service skills a must! Collision administrative experience preferred. Proficiency with collision estimating software, CCC preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, responsive listening and critical thinking aptitude. Excellent oral and written skills, detail oriented, punctual. Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude with cooperation, and leadership style with all team members and customers. Requirements Basic computer skills (printer/copier/phones/camera) Basic math & accounting skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle high stress customers & situations with a positive attitude Attention to detail & quality oriented in all tasks A working understanding of vehicles or previous experience in the collision or mechanical field is helpful. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greeley, CO
