Prepare & submit accurate estimates & supplements while managing insurance approvals. Facilitate communication between customers, technicians & insurance companies. Clearly explain repair processes & costs to ensure top‑tier customer satisfaction. Schedule appointments to maximize shop efficiency. Complete OEM & GM training to enhance your expertise. What We’re Looking For: Collision estimating experience (CCC One preferred). Strong customer service & communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
