ERP Transformation Lead - Planning and Logistics

Gilead Sciences seeks an ERP Transformation Lead for Planning and Logistics to drive end-to-end supply chain process design and SAP implementation. The role involves establishing global process standards, ensuring cross-functional integration, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across a highly regulated life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain process design and transformation initiatives
Establish global process standards and drive harmonization across regions and business units
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, clinical, commercial, finance, and IT teams
Partner with IT on SAP implementation, business requirements, functional design, testing, and deployment
Establish process performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

15+ years in supply chain, operations, ERP transformation, or process excellence
Significant experience leading large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs
Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional integrations
Experience in global, highly regulated life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments
SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
Process architecture and modeling capabilities (Signavio preferred)
Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise

Compensation: $243,100-$314,600 base
