LifeWear is clothing that is constantly being innovated, bringing more warmth, better design, and better comfort to people's lives.Position OverviewThe UNIQLO Campus Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing and selection of candidates for UNIQLO's Management Candidate Program and Internship Program. As a subject matter expert in this area, they are accountable for maintaining and developing new recruiting strategies for UNIQLO's UMC and Internship Programs.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation of the recruiting strategy on campus, enhancing the organization's brand and reputation at select regional and national universities.Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, office and campus interviews, networking receptions/dinners etc.Establish and maintain relationships with career centers, faculty and students and initiate activities on campus to promote the organization at selected programs including but not limited to advertising, career fairs, information sessions, speaker series events and on–campus interviews.Assist in the development and execution of the summer intern program for both in-store and corporate office; including but not limited to intern performance evaluations, social event planning and monitoring of staffing and budgeting.Record, update and analyze all recruiting data for schools.Develop an external network within the marketplace to understand competition, salaries, and make recommendations to the team based on this knowledge.Manage recruitment budget for on-campus activities and intern eventsStrategize across recruitment function to develop and implement social media initiativesAssist with any other recruiting needs for UNIQLO, other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisorQualifications3-4 years of prior recruiting experience required; campus recruiting experience preferredBachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, HR or related fieldStrong communication, interpersonal, public speaking and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as an integral part of a teamProficient in office computer software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Willingness to travel as needed during peak recruiting seasons (approximately 30%)Flexibility to work evenings during recruitment and summer seasonsProficient in major social media networksPrevious experience using an applicant tracking systemExcellent listening, written and oral communication skillsRegular, dependable attendance and punctuality** US Travel may be required: 30%. **Salary: $107,000 - $120,000* annually**The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.The Company is committed to equal pay initiatives and will not ask candidates for their current or past salary.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Fast Retailing does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
