Business Analyst With P&C Insurance Domain Reinsurance

MUST HAVE: P&C Insurance domain, Reinsurance, Agile & Business Analysis.

Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of P&C reinsurance (both ceded and assumed), including key terms and data flows
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Experience analyzing and STTM of reinsurance data for underwriting and claims
• Understanding of Reinsurance output such as reinsurance bordereaux, Schedule F and Schedule P forms, Cash calls, ceded premium, and loss data
• Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and reconciliation in reinsurance

Data & Technical Skills

• Ability to create BRDs, process flows, and use cases, and to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide detailed walkthroughs of system requirements, collaborate with technical teams, and manage complex scenarios
• Experience working in Agile methodology and participating in Scrum ceremonies

Business Analysis & Project Delivery

• Discuss and assess scope changes, perform impact analysis, and support UAT execution
• Regularly coordinate with technical associates during project development to ensure business needs are met

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• and external stakeholders during project implementations
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with business and global technical teams
