Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, addressing any issues to ensure optimal reliability and uptime.

• Regularly assess and update the network to align with the latest industry best practices and standards.

• Maintain detailed documentation of architecture designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical support to IT staff and end-users, acting as a mentor and expert resource.
• Organize training sessions to improve the technical knowledge of the IT team.

• Partner with IT management, business units, and stakeholders to understand networking requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Participate in strategic planning to drive the technological growth of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in AWS, Azure, and Cloud Network Design.
• Proficiency in Network Architecture, Network Design, and Network Management.
• Hands-on experience with VMware and enterprise-level systems.
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities with the capacity to address both high-level architecture and intricate technical details.

Additional Insights: The role requires a balance of vision and execution. The Network Architect will dedicate about 75% of their efforts to future-oriented design, reengineering, enterprise-level alignment, and architecture strategy. The remaining 25% will involve troubleshooting and in-depth technical analysis.
