Part Time Event Staff

Elite Amenity Management is a full-service amenity management company based in New York City. We specialize in providing residential and commercial properties with high-end, personalized amenities and services. Our team of experienced professionals provides a wide range of services, including management, wellness services, design, and much more, creating a great amenity experience for each client. We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Part Time Event Staff to join our team. The Event Staff are expected to have reliable transportation (there is no travel reimbursement) and be able to work at least four (4) hours of an event. The Part-Time Event Staff work closely with the Events Planning Director to deliver organized, welcoming, and high-quality event experiences for the residents, families, and guests.

Event Coordination (90%)

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, equipment, and amenity areas.
• Greet and direct patrons during events.
• Support guest check-in, logistics, and distribution of event materials.
• Help maintain organized courts, signage, and hospitality areas.
• Provide event and venue information to staff and guests.
• Ensure facility policies and event procedures are followed.
• Assist the Events Planning Director and Elite staff with event operations and issue resolution.
• Serve as an on-site point of contact for the property Manager, volunteers, and vendors.

Administrative & Operational Support (10%)

• Support staff with general event operations and logistics as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment and interact positively with participants and guests.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Elite Amenity.
• The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.
