We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to support daily end-user technology needs for a retail organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving workstation issues, guiding users through technical problems, and maintaining reliable desktop performance in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on delivering responsive support across Microsoft Windows systems while helping employees stay productive through efficient issue resolution and account assistance.

Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and Windows-related issues reported by end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and connectivity problems, resolving incidents promptly or escalating when needed.
• Manage and update user accounts, permissions, and access requests within Active Directory.
• Receive, document, and track support requests through the service desk ticketing system to ensure timely follow-up.
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows 10 environments and standard desktop applications.
• Support employees with password resets, system access concerns, and general workstation setup needs.
• Diagnose recurring technical issues and share practical solutions to improve overall support efficiency.• Experience supporting users in a help desk or desktop support capacity.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory for account administration and access support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, including Windows 10 troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting across hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Familiarity with service desk ticket management and incident documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users clearly and professionally.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and respond effectively in a fast-paced support environment.
