Position: Document Controller Location: Daphne, AL Pay: $15/hour Experience: Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe programs, AutoCAD Viewer, and QuickBooks Education: High school diploma or GED Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Clark Personnel is seeking a Document Controller to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Reproduce small- and wide-format documents, drawings, and photos using computers and reprographic equipment Organize and manage electronic files according to company structure Handle cash, payments, and business systems following company procedures Help customers with FedEx shipping and inquiries Complete routine tasks assigned by the Shop Manager Keep the work area clean and safe Position Requirements Clear communication with coworkers and customers in person, by phone, and online Flexibility to switch tasks quickly as business needs change A positive, collaborative attitude, including under pressure Strong time management to meet hourly and daily deadlines Mechanical aptitude Commitment to completing required company training within your first 90 days Clark Personnel is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
