Conduct a variety of routine and specialized clinical laboratory testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols.

Evaluate test results for validity, address any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Provide assistance with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.

Thoroughly document all procedures, guide new staff or interns, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of employment.

Maintain active certification throughout your career.
