Essential Duties and Responsibilities: u2022 Ensures food and beverage deliveries are received in good condition and in date u2022 Performs proper receiving procedures by documenting catchweight and temperature logs u2022 Rotates stock using FIFO to ensure product stays in-date u2022 Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials and distributes items as directed. u2022 Delivers product during events to locations that call requesting for items u2022 Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code. u2022 Maintains and ensures warehouse spaces remain organized and clean u2022 Marks materials with identifying information. u2022 Performs daily cleaning tasks to keep all warehouse spaces clean and compliant with health code u2022 Performs other duties as assigned.
