Director of E-commerce

Driving digital commerce growth, the full-time salaried Director of E-commerce will manage Zones' e-commerce platforms, enhance customer adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase online revenue and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Develop and execute digital commerce growth plans to drive revenue and customer adoption Lead customer discovery conversations to enhance procurement processes and increase platform utilization Collaborate with various teams to align digital commerce initiatives with business priorities and improve customer experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail/e-commerce sales, or digital sales in a technology solution provider environment Proven experience driving adoption and revenue growth through B2B e-commerce platforms and digital procurement tools Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, customer procurement workflows, and digital customer experience Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, CRM platforms, and business reporting tools
