Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell. Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation. Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc. Leverage training and communication tools (e.g., Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS, etc.) to educate yourself continuously on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience when they visit and shop. Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing any inventories and initiatives. Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing) Knowledge & Experience: Demonstrate passion to genuinely help people and a desire to learn about our products.
