Kontoor Brands is a purpose-led organization focused on leveraging its global platform, strategic sourcing model and best-in-class supply chain to drive brand growth and deliver long- term value for its stakeholders.**Job Posting:****Responsibilities:***Brand Experience/Customer Service** Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards to ensure an in-store experience that aligns with company standards.* Initiate conversations with all customers, building a relationship to learn interests and identify products to suggest.* Assist customer in the fitting room.* Recommends product that is aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling and encourages the customer to make a purchase.* Builds brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieves weekly loyalty sign up goals.* Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.* Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.* Provides information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.*Visual, Operation, and Safety** Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.* Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures assigned, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point-of-sale integrity.* Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.* React quickly to all customers and/or employee injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.* Participates in Loss Prevention Audits, understands and complies with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.**Position Competencies*** ***Bold Accountability:*** Demonstrate accountability and follow through on assigned responsibilities.* ***Customer Centric Innovation:*** Passion for the brand and knowledge of the customer and products.* ***Empowered Collaboration:*** Promote an environment that encourages feedback, belonging, participation, creativity, and learning by communicating best practices and ideas.* ***Global Agility:*** Willingness to make changes as suggested by manager on duty to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.* ***Strategic Foresight:*** Take initiative to work ahead, seeking guidance when appropriate.* ***Purposeful Integrity:*** Respect the background, experience, and unique differences of others, upholding the integrity and values of Kontoor Brands.* ***Urgency for Impact:*** Acts quickly to support sales, loyalty enrollment, and service goals.**Position Requirements:*** Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.* Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.* This role requires a minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day. Additional availability a plus.**Essential Functions:** Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.* Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., cash register, computers, phones, scanners, etc.).* Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.* Walking and moving to assist customers, retrieve merchandise and recover the store.* Lifting and carrying, ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.* Ability to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store.* Ability to reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.* Manual labor is required occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout.* Vision to accurately read labels, assist customers, and tasks that require attention to detail.* Ability to use fine manipulation, and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing, ex. place on hangers, folding, organize in color/size order.**Pay and Benefits:*** Pay Range for this position is $15.00 - $16.09* 401(k) with company match* Employee assistance program* Employee discounts* Flexible schedule* Annual merit increase or bonus based on performance.**Job Description: Kontoor Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
