Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment, from initial discussion to closure.
  • Act as a Client Partner, delving into their hiring objectives, challenges, and organizational culture.
  • Source Candidates Strategically, using our custom CRM/ATS, your own networks, and our advanced communications platform.
  • Utilize Our System to oversee candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that generate enduring value for clients along with substantial commissions for you.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership that elevates both our brand and yours.

  • Comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided)
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with aspirations to build a lasting legacy
