The team acts as a critical link between client instructions and trade execution, ensuring all requests are reviewed, validated, and accurately processed before being sent for final execution.On a day-to-day basis, the team:Reviews and processes client-submitted trade requests for mutual funds, equities, and foreign currencyPerforms dual-control validation (input + secondary verification) to ensure accuracy and mitigate riskSupports both pre-execution activities (orders team) and post-execution processing for FX transactionsPartners with internal teams and occasionally communicates directly with clients (primarily via email)This is a high-risk, high-accuracy environment where attention to detail and control processes are critical.Basic Qualifications - Two years or more of related experiencePreferred Skills/Experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems (Trust 3000, SWP, Xceptor, GTX, Arcaria CE), procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s) - Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment - Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills - Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills - Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking business lines and clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably ExcelLocation ExpectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits:Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
