What You’ll Do Navigating and applying policies and procedures Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail Contributing to team projects Supporting teammates with a variety of day‑to‑day tasks Schedule Part‑Time: 15–19 hours per week Days: Monday–Friday Hours: Flexible within 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Minimum: 4 hours per day Location Saint Paul, Tempe, Milwaukee, Cincinnati Hybrid: 3 days in‑office required Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience OR High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience Skills & Experience Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation What To Know This is a permanent, paid part‑time opportunity with U.S. Bank—not a temporary role.
