Director of Corporate Development

We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development to help shape and execute our inorganic growth strategy. You will lead M&A and strategic partnership efforts end-to-end — from sourcing and due diligence through negotiation, deal execution, and post-close integration This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business operations. This role reports directly to the VP of Corporate Development and works closely with executive leadership across product, finance, and legal Conduct comprehensive market assessments to identify suitable acquisition targets. Evaluate industry trends that influence the company’s growth strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable market insights Develop financial models to project future cash flows and revenue impacts for potential acquisitions. Analyze the historical financial performance of target companies to guide strategic decision-making Lead the entire M&A process, from sourcing potential deals to negotiating and closing transactions.
