Human Resource Generalist Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 + Annual Bonus Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Applicants must reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area. Why You’ll Love This Role Join a stable organization with an experienced HR leadership team and outstanding employee retention Work in a collaborative, people-first culture where employees are valued Gain broad exposure across multiple Human Resources disciplines Professional development opportunities, including support for SHRM certification Annual bonus opportunity in addition to competitive base compensation Comprehensive benefits package, retirement plan, generous PTO, and long-term career growth Key Responsibilities Maintain and administer the organization’s HRIS, ensuring employee records remain accurate and up to date Support payroll processing by partnering with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, open enrollment, and employee communications Assist with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support HR metrics and reporting initiatives Maintain employee files while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions related to HR policies, benefits, and employment practices Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and continuous process improvement efforts Assist with annual performance review administration and other company HR programs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Coordinator role Experience administering HRIS platforms, with UKG experience strongly preferred Background supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administration Experience managing recruiting and onboarding processes Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to generate reports and analyze HR data Experience working in a small or mid-sized organization where multiple HR functions were supported is highly preferred SHRM-CP, PHR, or another HR certification is a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Benefits Annual performance bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Generous paid time off and company holidays Professional development opportunities, including SHRM certification support Stable organization with excellent leadership and long-term career advancement opportunities Why Apply?
