Temporary Recruiter/Sourcer

Job Summary At Artiva, we are building something meaningful, and we need great people to help us do it. We are looking for a temporary Recruiter/Sourcer to partner with our People & Culture and hiring teams to find and engage exceptional talent across scientific, technical, and corporate functions. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves the hunt, equally comfortable running proactive outreach and owning the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, technical, and corporate roles. Conduct initial recruiter screens and candidate outreach conversations. Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand hiring needs and target candidate profiles. Support the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage. Maintain accurate candidate tracking and activity within the ATS. Ensure a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence related to talent availability and compensation trends. Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience within biotech and pharmaceuticals. Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools. Ability to engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines. Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Experience supporting high‑growth or scaling organizations. Employment Type Contract / Temporary #J-18808-Ljbffr
