Job Summary

Join our dedicated team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Fairfield, Iowa. This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care within a dynamic ER environment, utilizing the full scope of the nursing process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs, while also guiding patient education and overseeing ancillary staff to ensure high standards of professional nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide total patient care through the application of the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and deliver patient teaching and education initiatives.
• Direct and guide the activities of ancillary personnel.
• Maintain and uphold professional nursing standards and practices.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment health screenings and compliance requirements, including but not limited to immunizations, drug screens, and background checks.

Licensing Requirements
