As a Rehab Tech (CNA) , you will play a vital role in supporting our therapy team by assisting with patient care, maintaining equipment, and ensuring seamless rehab operations. Your enthusiasm, organization, and passion for patient care will contribute to a motivating and positive rehab environment.

• Assist therapists (PTs, OTs, SLPs) with patient treatments under supervision

• Prepare and clean therapy equipment before and after sessions

• Help transport and position patients for therapy

• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey

• Maintain accurate documentation and records as directed

• Organize therapy materials and ensure a clutter-free, safe environment

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating therapy sessions

• Support administrative and clerical tasks related to rehab services

• Passion for healthcare & rehab – A desire to help patients achieve their best

• Energetic & team-oriented – Positive attitude and willingness to jump in

• Strong communication skills – Ability to connect with patients and therapists

• Organized & detail-oriented – Ability to manage tasks efficiently

• Experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required)

• CPR certification (preferred)

• Work in a collaborative and supportive environment
