Senior Director, Consumer Platform

Role Summary: As the Obesity Platform owner, you’ll own the entire patient journey end to end—enrollment, commerce, loyalty, and HCP experience—making starting and staying on treatment as effortless as possible. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end customer journey and digital experience strategy Consumer platform functionality, product roadmap, and feature prioritization Enrollment and patient experience Pharmacy and fulfillment relationships to get therapy to patients Commerce model and experience optimization CRM and loyalty strategy and execution Vendor and technology partner relationships that power the platform HCP platform experience and navigation to content Represent platform strategy, roadmap, and performance to senior leadership Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 12+ years of experience in digital consumer products, e-commerce, or platform leadership, including direct revenue or P&L accountability Proven track record building or scaling a consumer-facing digital platform or e-commerce business Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to ship consumer-facing features against a roadmap Preferred Qualifications: Merchant-style experience running an e-commerce business Healthcare or wellness-space experience Experience with CRM and loyalty platforms and vendor/partner management at scale Benefits: 401(k) with Pfizer matching contributions; additional retirement savings contribution Paid vacation/holiday/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave Health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision) #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
