Service Specialist - Labor Pool

We plant and grow trees, transform them into bioproducts that touch billions of lives globally. Essential Functions 90‑day probation period. Work rotation across departments to fill vacancies. Inspect all work products before release. Perform all assigned tasks per direction. Full‑time position; standard hours may range 36–48+ hours per week. Understand and comply with all safety rules, regulations and policies. Wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, aprons, harnesses, safety‑toed shoes, gloves, reflective vest, etc.). Visually inspect paper and manually handle heavy paper and products. Stand or walk for 12–16 hours, lift up to 50 pounds; navigate uneven surfaces. Frequent reach at or above shoulder height. Maintain rapid, safe continuous pace. Cowork with crew; occasionally independent work. Rotating 12‑hour shifts with overtime, weekend, holiday coverage up to 16 hours. Communicate verbally and in writing. Operate computer and safety/production programs. Climb tall vessels, work on elevated areas. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 24+ months industrial, factory, or manufacturing experience preferred. High school graduate or GED required. Work rotating shifts and overtime as needed. Pre‑Employment Process Structured panel interviews. Offers contingent on successful drug and background screenings. Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push, or pull at least 20 lbs regularly. Stand or walk frequently, sometimes for extended periods. Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding; bend, stoop, kneel. Repetitive motions such as typing, grasping, operating machinery. Move between work areas, navigate various surfaces and confined spaces. Work outdoors or indoors with exposure to precipitation, wind, temperature variations.
