Application Development Manager - Defense

Salary: $120,000 - 170,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, though equivalent hands-on experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• We are looking for 10+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, ideally with complex military and defense prime accounts.
• We require experience creating marketing and promotional strategies.
• We require an active DoD security clearance.
• We require the ability to travel approximately 40%.
• We are considering remote candidates who reside in eligible U.S. states, including AZ, CA, CT, DE, FL, IL, MA, NC, NJ, PA, RI, TN, TX, VA, and WA.

• We drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, building pursuit plans, tracking leads, and preparing forecasts and reports.
• We serve as a key technical resource by delivering in-field training to our sales team and customers.
• We monitor, evaluate, and report on competitive activity.
• We contribute engineering insight in strategic planning sessions to help develop new digital material products and refine existing ones.
• We support the creation of marketing, brand strategy, and new product promotional materials.
