Senior Account Manager

Location: Minnesota (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Management of a small team Opportunity to work on global print, POSM and promotional campaigns Excellent career progression within a growing international organisation Up to $110,000 Salary plus Bonus, Relocation Package offered ROLE DETAILS Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for a key client account, building strong, long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service. Commercial Growth: Identify opportunities to grow existing account, maximise profitability and introduce innovative print, POSM and promotional solutions. Project Management: Manage multiple marketing production projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring quality, budget and deadlines are consistently achieved. Print & POSM Expertise: Advise clients on a wide range of print, permanent and temporary POS, promotional merchandise and marketing materials. Supplier Management: Work closely with manufacturing partners and suppliers, negotiating costs, lead times and production solutions to achieve the best commercial outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including procurement, production, creative and logistics to ensure seamless project execution. Innovation & Sustainability: Recommend new materials, production methods and sustainable alternatives to help clients improve campaign effectiveness and reduce environmental impact. Reporting: Analyse campaign performance, prepare client presentations and provide strategic recommendations for future projects. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a client-facing Senior Account Manager role. Previous experience within Print Management, Marketing Services, POSM, Promotional Merchandise or Packaging. Strong knowledge of print production and POS materials. Experience managing multiple projects within fast-paced environments. Commercially focused with experience growing existing client accounts. Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing production partners. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience working with FMCG, Retail or Consumer Brand clients would be highly advantageous. QUALIFICATIONS Degree preferred but not essential. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
