WW Senior Inventory Manager WCH (BR)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Inventory Manager to lead worldwide inventory planning and optimization across the surgical division. The role involves strategic inventory management, process development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal stock levels while maintaining supply chain commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead global inventory strategic planning and business planning processes
- Manage inventory optimization programs across all inventory locations
- Develop and deploy best-in-class inventory management practices and key performance indicators
- Train supply chain teams on inventory management principles and optimization methodologies
- Collaborate across regions and functions to align on inventory programs and priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years in operations, planning, materials management, or logistics
- 5+ years supply chain experience in supply and/or demand planning
- Leadership and supervisory experience with proven team management skills
- ERP, MRP, APS systems and MS Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities
- APICS certification highly preferred; MBA or equivalent master's degree desirable
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
