At EPAGA® Home Care, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide meaningful, one-on-one support that allows Montana seniors and adults to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This isn't just a job—it's a calling for people who genuinely care about others.

What You'll Do

• Provide warm companionship—conversation, reading aloud, and meaningful activities that keep clients engaged and uplifted
• Support with light housekeeping: laundry, vacuuming, changing linens, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment
• Prepare and serve meals, following client preferences and dietary needs, with cleanup after
• Accompany clients on outings, medical appointments, errands, and community activities
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and dignity at all times
• Provide medication reminders and promptly observe and report any changes in your client's condition
• Complete electronic visit verification and care documentation accurately and on time
• Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and your EPAGA team

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience to join our team—you need heart. The ideal EPAGA caregiver is:

• Compassionate, patient, and genuinely motivated to help others
• Honest and trustworthy with strong personal integrity
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet shifting client needs
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Working phone number
• Must pass background check (criminal, driving record, and professional references) and agree to random drug and alcohol testing
• Completion of EPAGA Accredited Caregiver training and orientation — if you are already PCA or CNA certified, you may qualify for a training waiver!
