INTEGRIS Health's Edmond facility, Oklahoma's largest not‑for‑profit health system, offers a full‑time RN position on the Surgery day unit. The successful candidate will work 4‑10 hour shifts with rotating days off and call coverage from 8:30 to 19:00. This role supports the surgery team in delivering exceptional patient care and participates in the hospital’s commitment to health and wellness. Responsibilities Assessment and re‑assessment of patients Development and implementation of the plan of care Evaluation of patient care interventions Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned Guide and mentor non‑licensed personnel and students as appropriate The staff registered nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. Mental health staff must be able to assist with physical restraint of patients utilizing the identified Behavior Management Technique System. This position may have additional or varied physical demands and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Potential exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Qualifications Required Qualifications RN (Registered Nurse) current licensure in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from an NLC member state BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice only: CPR issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association) Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill Hospice and Employee Health: Valid driver’s license in the state of employment, dependable transportation, proof of automobile liability insurance. INTEGRIS Mental Health: Must operate an INTEGRIS‑owned vehicle or personal vehicle and have a current Oklahoma State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
