About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Sales, Regional to play a pivotal role in closing large commercial real estate deals and building a high-performing sales team. This is a player-coach position, where the successful candidate will initially be responsible for their own sales quota, with a focus on enterprise-level deals, and then transition to coaching and leading a small team of Account Executives. The role demands a hands-on approach, including frequent travel to customer sites and industry events, and a commitment to the company's collaborative and innovative culture. The VP of Sales will be expected to own their region's sales number, work closely with the Head of Revenue and the CEO, and contribute to the development of a modern sales organization. The ideal candidate for the VP of Sales, Regional position at the company is a high-performing enterprise seller with a proven track record in closing complex deals, particularly in the commercial real estate sector. Experience with $100K+ ACV deals, involving multiple stakeholders and committee decisions, is essential. The role requires a leader who is passionate about coaching and mentoring, with a strong background in sales methodology and deal structuring. The candidate should be adept at forecasting, have a disciplined approach to pipeline management, and be experienced in using AI in the sales process. While not mandatory, existing relationships in the commercial real estate industry and experience in a startup or high-growth environment are considered advantageous.
