Accurate Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed medical records of treatments and observations. Confidentiality: Safeguard patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey. Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required—we welcome motivated professionals eager to learn.
