The role plays a critical part in ensuring successful delivery of initiatives aligned with business objectives, operational efficiency, and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & AnalysisGather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysisTranslate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaEnsure requirements are clear, structured, and aligned with business goalsProcess ImprovementAnalyze existing business processes and workflows to identify optimization, automation, and efficiency opportunitiesDevelop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentationRecommend and support implementation of process improvements and transformation initiativesStakeholder ManagementAct as a primary liaison between business users, project teams, and technology stakeholdersFacilitate communication across cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycleManage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on delivery outcomesImplementation & Delivery SupportSupport end-to-end system implementation activities, including:User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Test case preparationDefect tracking and resolutionEnd-user training and adoptionDeployment coordinationSupport Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritizationReporting & GovernancePrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and project governanceMonitor project progress and assist in resolving business and operational issuesEnsure delivered solutions align with business requirements, compliance standards, and operational needsRequired Skills & Qualifications6–10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement within financial services, technology, or related industries6+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements and functional specifications5+ years of experience analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting transformation initiatives5+ years of experience working with SDLC methodologies, including Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)5+ years of experience supporting system implementations, including UAT, test coordination, and deployment activitiesDemonstrated ability to create process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and business reportsEffective communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting digital transformation, process re-engineering, or system modernization initiativesBusiness Analysis certifications, such as:CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
