Senior Estimator-Heavy Civil Construction

About the Position The Senior Estimator plays a critical leadership role in driving regional procurement strategy and securing high-value work aligned with company objectives. This individual is responsible for leading the estimating function with a disciplined, strategic approach—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and risk alignment throughout the bid process. Working closely with Regional leadership and cross-functional teams, the Senior Estimator will oversee the full lifecycle of estimating—from opportunity evaluation and cost development through proposal submission and client engagement. This role also serves as a key liaison to clients, helping build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. In addition to technical excellence, the position requires strong leadership capability to mentor estimators, foster collaboration across business units, and continuously improve estimating practices in alignment with company standards.
