Pay: $25+/hr Doe Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available
We are seeking an experienced fabricator/welder to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong mig welding and fabrication skills who takes pride in quality workmanship and safety.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proficient in steel/mig welding
- Previous fabrication experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude preferred
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in hot shop conditions
- Dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious
- Ability to maintain production pace and meet deadlines
