Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Olive Branch ABA | Austin, Texas When our team thrives, our clients thrive. We deliver personalized, compassionate ABA therapy built on each child’s unique strengths — and from your very first day, you’ll feel the warmth of a workplace designed to support the people doing this meaningful work. A team that actually feels like one We’re a small, close-knit team, and we like it that way. Here, leadership knows your name, your caseload, and what’s going on in your week — not just your billable hours. When a session gets hard, you won’t be left to figure it out alone. That’s the kind of place we’ve built on purpose, and you’ll feel it from day one. What you'll do: Implement individualized ABA programs 1:1 with children and young adults on the autism spectrum Collect and document session data accurately Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients and families Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA What we offer: Competitive pay commensurate with experience Paid supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA requirements Flexible scheduling — mornings, afternoons, and evenings available Ongoing CEU and professional development A leadership team that is genuinely accessible and invested in your success Want to become a BCBA? We’ll get you there. If becoming a BCBA is genuinely your goal, we’ll pour into you — paid supervised fieldwork hours, real mentorship, and a path that’s truly yours. And if it’s not your goal? That’s completely okay. We won’t push you down a track you don’t want just to keep you here. We’d rather support the RBT you actually want to be. What we’re looking for: Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain — we'll support you) Reliable transportation and a valid TX driver's license A genuine passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum Patience, heart, and consistency Small steps lead to big milestones — for our clients, and for every member of our team. If that resonates with you, we'd love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
