About the Role: As an Immigration Attorney with expertise in global mobility, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to navigate complex immigration processes and provide strategic counsel on cross-border mobility. Oversee visa and work permit processes, ensuring compliance with immigration laws. Collaborate with HR, legal, and other internal teams to support employee relocation and cross-border transfers. Develop and implement immigration strategies that align with business goals. Stay updated on immigration regulations and provide guidance on compliance risks.
