We are seeking experienced defense attorneys licensed in Texas with 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage defense to join our Insurance Defense Practice Group. Discover Your Role! As an Attorney specializing in Insurance Coverage, your role will involve: Reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records to effectively advocate for clients. Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients in court. Drafting Insurance Coverage opinions. Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre‑trial reports, trial reports, and appellate activity. Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery‑related motions. Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses. What You’ll Bring! To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Admitted to practice in the State of Colorado Possess analytical and problem‑solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively. Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills. Draft and respond to discovery‑related motions. Regularly attend court appearances.
