Housing Navigation Case Manager - Fast-Track Stable Housing

Pine Street Inn in Boston is seeking a Housing Navigation Case Manager to develop and execute housing plans for homeless guests. The HNCM will engage with guests, reducing barriers and providing support for a smooth transition to permanent housing. The ideal candidate will have at least a BSW, BA, or BS degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years working with challenged populations. Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pine Street Inn
