Housing Navigator & Case Manager for Rapid Housing
Pine Street Inn
Pine Street Inn is seeking a Housing Navigation Case Manager to work within a team of case managers. In this role, you will engage with homeless guests to create sustainable housing plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals overcoming addiction and mental health challenges, as well as strong organizational and computer skills. This full-time position will involve working closely with other departments to provide integrated service delivery. A BSW, BA, or BS in a human service field is required, and bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pine Street Inn
