We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining cloud‑based application environments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence initiatives across multiple product teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of development, testing, demonstration, and production‑support environments. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes. Manage and support cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. Maintain and support application environments, including demonstration, development, and testing environments. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Support performance engineering initiatives and environment readiness activities. Conduct vulnerability analysis and assist with remediation efforts to improve security posture. Participate in technical research, architectural evaluations, and implementation of platform enhancements. Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues across multiple environments. Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and best practices. Provide operational support during business hours and assist with critical environment maintenance activities as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, or related roles. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and administration. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform. Experience supporting cloud‑hosted applications and environments. Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar). Experience with source control and deployment automation tools. Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise software products and distributed systems. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with performance testing, capacity planning, and reliability engineering. Understanding of application security, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.
