We hire experienced professionals for roles in landscape maintenance, enhancements, snow operations, and field leadership and we are looking for an Engineering Automation intern to join our team. PAY RANGE: $25/hour SHIFT & LOCATION: This is Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Up to 25% travel within the Riverview service area (depending on location likely driving to a new acquisition branch to support training and integration). Travel expenses covered by company. Candidates must reside within the Riverview Landscapes service area including NY, NJ, CT & MA and be willing to work a hybrid schedule with a typical week: 3 days in a branch office, 2 days work from home. ROLE SUMMARY: The Engineering Automation intern supports Riverview Landscapes’ acquisition growth by coordinating with internal partners to ensure accurate transfer of information, support inventory developments, and adoption of Riverview standard work in a premiere landscaping software platform tool called Aspire. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Travel to branches for support of inventory developments of fully automated mower program Assist with data entry on inventory on Aspire software (premiere landscaping software) Participate in scheduling of equipment and maintenance updates Conduct site research and work through cadence of oil changes and various needs of the equipment Gain exposure to client meetings and project workflows JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Current student pursuing a degree related to the landscaping industry (Horticulture, Landscaping design, etc.) Ability to learn new software programs Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry Exceptional verbal and written communication skills A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus BENEFITS: Referral program WHY RIVERVIEW LANDSCAPES: Our core values are what keep Riverview Landscapes as an up-and-coming industry leader in the landscaping and snow removal market.
