Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Executive Associate to join our Miami office. As an Executive Associate you'll focus on identifying and engaging top legal talent across the United States, supporting leading law firms with strategic hiring needs. This is a candidate-facing role, focused on building relationships with attorneys and guiding them through the hiring process. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role offering structured training, clear progression, and the opportunity to become a specialist within the legal market. You'll work alongside experienced recruiters in a high-performance environment that rewards ambition, initiative, and results.
