Role Overview The VP of Operations is the execution engine of Emailable. You will own the day-to-day operational machine across support, engineering coordination, quality, compliance, and internal systems. Your job is to make the business run smoothly, predictably, and without the founder being pulled into every fire. This is a hands-on operator role , not a corporate strategy job. You will build processes, fix broken ones, create operational clarity, and raise the standard of execution across the company.
