• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Draft purchase agreements and listing agreements for clients
• Conduct property evaluations to determine value for sellers
• Be readily available for clients when they need you
• Keep all systems and CRM tools updated with information from our channel partners

• California real estate license — active or currently in progress (both welcome)
• Lives in Contra Costa or Solano County
• Strong communicator who builds trust naturally
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
• Coachable and open to following a proven system
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

We provide our agents with leads, training, systems, and full support so they can focus on selling. We operate across Contra Costa and Solano Counties out of our Hercules and Fairfield offices.
