Operations Support Co-op EF Explore America Hybrid - 4 days in the office, option to WFH on Monday or Friday $21/hr, 40 hours per week Start Date: Tuesday, January 5th, 2027 End Date: Wednesday, June 30th, 2027 EF Education First is excited to offer an intern and Cooperative Education (co-op) program in partnership with a student’s college or university, giving students the opportunity to align their academic and future career goals with full time or part time work experience for a selectperiod of time. EF offers a multitude of part-time andfull-time, 4-6-monthinternships or co-opsstarting in January or Summer,across our travel, language, and education businesses in sales, customer service, operations, finance, and marketing. The Role: TheOperations Support Intern position is designed to provide an individual with an opportunity to learn as much as possible in a limited time span about our Operations Support function. The Operations Support function provides support primarily to Production, Procurement, and Tour Director teams in the areas of planning, logistics, and supplier communications. This involves supporting our late traveler enrollment process, finalizing group hotel details, Tour Director support andcommunication, and resolving service disputes with suppliers. The Operations Support Intern may also be assigned one or more projects involving various subject matter. Who You Are:

• Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough approach to ensure accuracy in tasks like data entry, report generation, and process documentation.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and develop solutions for operational challenges.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possibly other industry-specific software.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: Capability to work well in a collaborative environment with other team members.
• Adaptability: Willingness and ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.
