Join our dynamic IT team in Dallas, TX as an IT Specialist. We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot client network, hardware, and applications.
- Provide both onsite and in-house support.
- Keep accurate records of all tasks and issues resolved.
- Work on network and server migration, security firewall, and desktop troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
- Active Directory
- M365 Administration
- Windows Server 2016 - 2025
- Windows Services including GP/ DHCP / DNS / AD
- VMWare/Hyper-V Experience
- Server Support
- SonicWall / UniFi Networks
- WAN / LAN Troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Ideally 3-5 years of MSP experience.
- Experience Programming Firewalls
- Experience Building Servers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous technology consulting experience.
- Strong research and troubleshooting abilities.
Education:
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+, Network+ or equivalent experience.
