In this role, you'll provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients from anywhere in the world. You’ll begin your journey with an intensive 3-month training and trial program in Greece . This invaluable experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed, and after the program, you'll transition to fully remote work!

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Master our client systems and processes during your training period.
• Stay connected with our global team while working remotely.
• Seize opportunities for professional growth and development within an international workplace.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) to effectively assist our clients.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a digital environment and adapting to new tools.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the training program.
