Responsibilities Deliver top‑tier technical support. Engage with customers via phone and other channels. Diagnose and solve technical problems. Ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with teams for issue resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls. Requirements Strong technical aptitude. Proficiency in technical issue resolution. Familiarity with customer service software. High‑speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). Excellent communication skills. Ability to convey technical information clearly. Remote troubleshooting experience. Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills. Dedicated remote work environment. Experience in remote work settings. Shift flexibility, including weekends. Hours & Schedule Representative training lasts 30 days (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST) followed by a 2–4 week onboarding period on the same schedule. Upon completion, representatives transition to a late‑shift schedule of 9:30 AM–6:00 PM CST, Monday‑Friday. The role requires participation in a rotating Saturday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST).
