Base pay range $19.00/hr - $21.43/hr Russell Tobin's client, an online food ordering company, is hiring a Remote Customer Service Specialist. Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Remote (Multiple Shifts Available) Location: Remote (EST) Duration: 3-4 months Pay rate: $19 - $21.43 /hr. Position Type: Temporary, 30 hours/week Shifts Available: Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm EST Mon-Fri, 4pm-10pm EST Wed-Sun, 10am-4pm EST Wed-Sun, 4pm-10pm EST About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative individual to join our team in a remote customer service role . This is a 30-hour per week position where you will help fulfill customer orders by proactively reaching out to customers and addressing ad-hoc inquiries with empathy and urgency. You will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers. As part of a small team focused on Live Operations , you will ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, and any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Strong organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service, are key to success in this role.
