Staffing Coordinator

Ensure that the appropriate number of staff are working each shift of every day per regulatory requirements. Ensure accuracy of information entered into time and attendance program; make corrections as necessary. Assist in pulling reports for the monitoring of tardiness and overtime. Manage use of temporary labor to ensure that there is little to none in the facility. Maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings. Qualifications The ability to pass a background check is required of all Maryville Employees High School diploma or GED. Recent experience in a Staffing/Scheduling role within long-term care or other 24-hour healthcare setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong computer skills required including staffing programs. Attention to detail. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times. Required to sit for prolonged periods. Be able to reach up, bend down, stretch and squat.
